If you are a solo user/freelancer/agent/entrepreneur, use the appropriate values. You will not be able to add colleagues. If you represent a company, select the closest similar option (you will be able to add colleagues) and use a corporate email. You cannot register a company with a free domain like *@gmail.com (only like freelancer/entrepreneur). The owner/administrator of the company can be easily changed later in the settings.
